If you just reset the passsword, please ensure that you have entered the correct email address.

1. Then please check the 'JUNK ' or 'SPAM' folder.

2. There are few new Tabs now a days in the every email services, please double check different tabs. 

- if you used gmail, please check 'Promotions' and even 'Social' Tab

- if you used hotmail, please check 'Other' Tab
