The caravanzone Classifieds (https://www.caravanzone.com.au ) is an classifieds website for caravan(s), caravan part(s) and caravan  service(s) which enables potential Buyers to search, browse listings,  purchase items by contacting Sellers and arranging privately-negotiated sales. The caravanzone Classifieds (https://www.caravanzone.com.au ) also enables users to connect with one another to share in their  motive interests.

 

               By accessing, using or registering to become a member of the caravanzone Classifieds (https://www.caravanzone.com.au ) you become bound by these Terms & Conditions as amended from time to time. Each time you visit or use the caravanzone.com.au  you confirm your agreement to be bound by and acknowledge any changes to the Terms & Conditions.

 

-     Sellers, Advertisers, Users, Visitors, Buyers or Members may be referred to as ‘you’ from here on.

-    The terms 'Caravan', ‘Motorhome’, 'Camper Trailer', 'Campervan' and ‘RV’ have been used interchangeably. However as all the body styles of a recreational vehicles(RV) has been classified under a term ‘Caravan’ when you post your classified Ad. So we use  the term ‘Caravan’ to represent all the vehicle types.

 

-     caravanzone Classifieds (https://www.caravanzone.com.au ) and it’s staffs may be referred as ‘we’ from here on . Also caravanzone.com.au may be represented as caravanzone for convenience

Online Safety & Security:

Now a days it’s quite common practice that any person, people or third party company posing/disguising/pretending as any other website, business or company for financial gain and to harass others. 

We would like to confirm that do not initiate any contact(including calls, mail or emails) asking for any personal information. 

So it’s your responsibility to review and conduct the necessary investigation to verify it and to contact your financial institution to dispute the transaction if any person, people or third party pretends to be caravanzone.com.au

We are not responsible if any third party initiates contact, gains personal information including financial and causes you any harm.


 

Seller's and Advertiser's obligations:

 

Your rights and obligations when selling a new or used caravan(s), caravan part(s) or caravan service(s) for sale

 

1. By listing an item for sale via the caravanzone   Classifieds (https://www.caravanzone.com.au)  you make the following agreements:

 

•           you are legally able to sell the caravan(s) or caravan part(s) ;

 

•           you must be at least 18 years of age to sell a new and used caravan(s), caravan part(s) or caravan service(s) for sale on the caravanzone   Classifieds (https://www.caravanzone.com.au);

 

•           the caravan(s), caravan part(s) or caravan service(s) is/are available for sale;

 

•           the caravan(s), caravan part(s) or caravan service(s) is/are of merchantable quality and fit for purpose;

 

•           the caravan(s), caravan part(s) or caravan service(s) is/are for sale at the price stated in the listing;

 

•           the caravan(s), caravan part(s) or caravan service(s) is/are as described in the listing;

 

•           that the listing is not misleading or deceptive in the content it states or omits; and, 

•           the listing complies with the Terms & Conditions and all relevant laws.

 

 

2. caravanzone   Classifieds (https://www.caravanzone.com.au) reserves the right to select, edit, augment, condense, determine the duration of, change the nominated "category" of   or refuse your listing, if the listing is found not suitable or not related to caravanzone   Classifieds (https://www.caravanzone.com.au).

 

3. Listing Fee

            Once the listing fee is paid to us and your caravan(s), caravan part(s) or caravan service(s) advertisement is/are listed on our site, the listing fee will  automatically become non-refundable. It can not be refunded under any other circumstances.

 

   If we refuse your listing and you are a Dealer you will not be entitled to a refund of the listing fee.

Only the advertisements with Featured/Urgent Plan are displayed on the Image Carousel Section(Featured Ads/Urgent Ads) on Home Page randomly. They will  automatically get higher priority on the Ad listing or on the Search Results page compared to the Ads with Free Plan.

 

4. External Link 

            You must not include any external links in your listings to any caravan(s), caravan part(s) or caravan service(s) that are identical to the one you have advertised on the caravanzone   Classifieds (https://www.caravanzone.com.au) that are priced lower than the advertised price as stated on the caravanzone   Classifieds (https://www.caravanzone.com.au).

 

5. Pricing and other Errors

            You are solely responsible for the price you enter for your advertisement, as that exact price will be displayed on your advertisement.

caravanzone   Classifieds (https://www.caravanzone.com.au) is not responsible for any negotiation with any third party or potential Buyer for the price listed on your advertisement. It is completely between you and interested Buyer. Hence we recommend that you review your advertisement as soon as you post it on caravanzone   Classifieds (https://www.caravanzone.com.au).

           

            You agree to take responsibility for reviewing and verifying the content of your listings and checking for any errors. If we make an error in publishing your listing, we undertake to correct the error free of charge but are otherwise not liable for any loss or inconvenience incurred as a result of any error.

 

6.  Internet Connection, Access and Interference 

            caravanzone   Classifieds (https://www.caravanzone.com.au ) is not responsible for the varying connection speed between its server and its user's devices(computers, tablets and phones). However every efforts has been made to ensure the fastest connection speed for all our users.

            Thus we recommend that you check the connection speed before you post your advertisement with us. Also check your Internet Service Provider for your current connection speed.

 

            The listing fee will not be refunded because of this reason.

 

            We will endeavour to ensure minimal service interruptions on the caravanzone   Classifieds (https://www.caravanzone.com.au ) and to give members prior warning of any service outages where reasonably practicable. Where, however, there is an unavoidable service interruption or interference due to technical difficulties, we do not accept any liability for any loss or inconvenience caused as a result.

 

7.  Pictures and Videos 

            If you are selling a caravan and wish to include a photograph/video in your listing, any image/video that you provide in your listing must be a current and be of the exact caravan that you are offering for sale and include a picture of a registration plate.

 

8.  Seller and Buyer Communication

            caravanzone   Classifieds (https://www.caravanzone.com.au ) is not involved in resolving any dispute between you and any Buyer and is not responsible for any communications, transactions or any other actions between the Seller(Advertiser) and his/her/its interested Buyers(Users) after the advertisement has been published on caravanzone site.

            If a Buyer breaches or is alleged to have breached any obligation to you, you (and not us) are responsible for enforcing any rights that you may have against that Buyer on the basis of relevant law and your privately-negotiated contract.

 

9.  Notification of Sales

         It is your responsibility to notify us upon the sale of any caravan(s) or caravan part(s) in your listing to ensure that your listing is removed from the caravanzone   Classifieds (https://www.caravanzone.com.au ) OR you also have an access to remove your own listing through ‘Login’ section.

            If you fail to remove your listing for extended period of time(more than a year) and do not contact us, we will presume your caravan(s) or caravan part(s) has been sold and reserve the right to remove your listing without providing notice to you or your listing may stay on our site until the decision is made to remove.

 

 

Dealers :

 

If you are a Dealer, all above obligations will apply as of the Private Sellers.

 

1. If the laws of your State or Territory require you to hold a dealer's or similar licence, you agree that you hold such a licence when you list items for sale as a Dealer on the caravanzone   Classifieds (https://www.caravanzone.com.au ).

 

2. If you are a Dealer, you undertake to comply with the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 and in particular section 29(g)  thereof. You are legally bound to include in your advertisement the purchase price as well as any tax, duty, fee, levy or  charge payable by the consumer to you for the supply of the new or used caravan. However, you may not be required to include any tax, duty, fee, levy or charge that is paid directly by the buyer to the relevant authority.

             If you wish to cite a component of a price in your listing, you must also provide an all-inclusive single price for the new and used caravan. The single price is the minimum total cost, which is capable of being calculated as at the date of the listing, for which the consumer can acquire the caravan. The single price must incorporate the caravan purchase price, stamp duty, compulsory third party insurance, registration and any dealer delivery fees.

 

 

Visitors and Buyers obligations:

 

Your obligations as a Buyer are as follows:

 

1. You are responsible for conducting all relevant searches including roadworthiness checks, written off caravan register searches, register of security interests searches and registration details;

 

2. You agree to check with the Seller that all information supplied in relation to their  new or used caravan(s), caravan part(s) or caravan service(s) is accurate;  

 

3. You are responsible for establishing and/or maintaining contact with the Seller as appropriate ;and also you will not harass, intimidate or initiate repeated unwanted communication with the Seller if the Seller has already sold his new or used caravan(s) or caravan parts(s) or Seller is not interested in communicating with you; 

 

4. Where the caravanzone   Classifieds (https://www.caravanzone.com.au ) allows you to utilise the ‘Share' function, you agree that the person with whom the information is being shared consents to receiving the information. Further, if your conduct breaches or may breach the SPAM Act 2003 (Cth) you undertake to indemnify us against all costs associated with the running, settling or defending of any action, claim or demand arising out of or in respect of your breach.

 

5. caravanzone   Classifieds (https://www.caravanzone.com.au ) is not involved in resolving any dispute between you and any Seller and is not responsible for any communications, transactions or any other actions between the Seller(Advertiser) and his/her/its interested Buyers(Users) after the advertisement has been published on caravanzone site.

 

6. We do not offer any form of insurance or other Buyer or Seller protection which will assist you, because the caravanzone   Classifieds (https://www.caravanzone.com.au ) merely provides an online forum for users to buy from caravanzone   Classifieds (https://www.caravanzone.com.au) site.

 

7. We accept listings in good faith on the basis of warranties provided by each Seller. We do not represent that the caravan(s), caravan part(s) and caravan service(s) advertised in listings will be suitable for any particular purpose, or that a Seller od Advertiser has any particular  qualifications or is legally entitled to carry on a particular business.

            You must investigate for yourself the suitability, quality and condition of any caravan(s), caravan part(s) and cars service(s) advertised on the caravanzone   Classifieds (https://www.caravanzone.com.au ).

 

            It is your responsibility to verify any information on the caravanzone   Classifieds (https://www.caravanzone.com.au ) before relying on it.

 

8. We are not responsible for the any listing listed on our site by any user which are not relevant to caravan(s), caravan part(s) and caravan service(s), if you find any irrelevant product on our site you can use Contact US section of our site to inform us to remove it.

 

9. If the Seller is Dealer, it is your responsibility to check if the Price listed is Drive away price(including all the governments taxes, levy, or any other fee) or not.

   If the Seller is Private, the price listed may not include all the government taxes, levy or any other relevant fees, thus it is your responsibility to check that with the seller.

 

 

User's Identity:

 

            Please note that there are risks in using the caravanzone   Classifieds (https://www.caravanzone.com.au ), including dealing with under age persons or people acting under false pretence. Additionally, there may be risks with international trading and dealing with foreign nationals. We cannot and do not confirm each user's purported identity.

           It is your responsibility to verify the identity and legal capacity of persons with whom you transact. You may wish to consider using a third party escrow service or services that provide additional verification when transacting with a Buyer or Seller.

 

Suspension, cancellation and termination of accounts:

 

            Without limiting other remedies available to us at law, in equity or under the Terms & Conditions, we may, without notice to you and in our sole discretion delay listing of your item or publishing content posted by you, issue you a warning, restrict your activities through the caravanzone   Classifieds (https://www.caravanzone.com.au ), suspend or terminate your membership and refuse to provide you with access to the caravanzone   Classifieds (https://www.caravanzone.com.au ) to you if:

 

•           You have, or we believe you have, breached the Terms & Conditions;

 

•           We are unable to verify or authenticate information supplied by you;

 

•           We believe that your actions may cause loss or damage to or otherwise unlawfully harm you, other users, third parties, or us; or

 

•           We believe that any of your information (including items listed or content posted on the caravanzone   Classifieds https://www.caravanzone.com.au ) is inappropriate or offensive.

           

            In the event that we restrict your activities on the caravanzone   Classifieds (https://www.caravanzone.com.au ) or suspend, terminate or restrict your membership, you may not be able to access the caravanzone   Classifieds (https://www.caravanzone.com.au ) temporarily or permanently and you are prohibited from applying for a new account.

 

            For security, confidentiality and privacy reasons, we are not obligated to provide you or other users with the details of any investigation that we conduct or any action which we take, in relation to your membership or your account other than those that are already provided to you by us.

 

Caravanzone Rights and Obligations:

 

1.         We are not a vendor of caravan(s), caravan part(s) and cars service(s) listed for sale on the caravanzone Classifieds (https://www.caravanzone.com.au ). We are not involved in any transactions  between Sellers and Buyers

 

2.         The caravanzone   Classifieds (https://www.caravanzone.com.au ) acts as an online platform to facilitate communication and transactions between Users. We provide an online platform for connecting Buyers with Sellers, hosting communications, publishing information relevant to the caravan and publishing content about caravan(s), caravan part(s) and cars service(s) advertised for sale.

            As a result, we have no control over and, to the extent permitted by law, make no warranties in relation to, the suitability, quality, safety or legality of any items advertised for sale on the caravanzone   Classifieds (https://www.caravanzone.com.au ), the accuracy or truth of any listings on the caravanzone   Classifieds (https://www.caravanzone.com.au ) or the ability of Sellers and Buyers to actually enforce or complete a transaction.

 

3.         We take all reasonable care in publishing Sellers' listings. However, the information is provided 'as is' and we do not warrant or represent that it is complete, current or free from errors or omissions. 

 

4.         You accept that we are not involved in any transaction between a Buyer and Seller on the caravanzone   Classifieds (https://www.caravanzone.com.au ).

 

5.         You agree that we have no control over the quality, safety or legality of items or content posted by users of the caravanzone   Classifieds (https://www.caravanzone.com.au ), the truth or accuracy of listings, the ability of Sellers to sell items or the ability of Buyers to buy items. We cannot ensure and do not guarantee that a User will actually complete a transaction or act lawfully in using the caravanzone   Classifieds (https://www.caravanzone.com.au ).

 

Limitation of liability

 

       We are not involved in the actual transaction between Buyers and Sellers and to the extent permitted by law, we specifically disclaim all liabilities for any loss or damage (actual, special, direct, indirect and consequential) of every kind and every nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with your transaction. 

We accept no liability in respect of:

- claims arising out of or in connection with your access and use of the caravanzone   Classifieds (https://www.caravanzone.com.au ) and related services whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), indemnity, strict liability, breach of warranty or statute;

- loss of use, production, profit, revenue, business, data, contractor anticipated savings or for delay or for any financing costs or increase in operating costs or any economic loss for any indirect or consequential loss or damage; or

- your involvement in any mediation, arbitration, tribunal hearing, court proceeding or other proceedings of whatever nature with a Buyer or a Seller in any way arising out of or in any way connected with your transaction.

      We may send you communications and notices regarding your transactions and your account on the caravanzone   Classifieds (https://www.caravanzone.com.au ). These communications and notices do not constitute an endorsement, guarantee or legitimisation of your transaction.

 It is your responsibility to exercise caution and common sense and practise safe trading when using the caravanzone   Classifieds (https://www.caravanzone.com.au ).

 

      The caravanzone   Classifieds (https://www.caravanzone.com.au ) may contain links to other websites which are not maintained or controlled by us ("third party site").  These links are provided by us solely for your convenience. We make no representations or warranties whatsoever about third party sites. We do not endorse, and accept no responsibility for, the content or use of any third party site. If you link to a third party site, you leave the caravanzone   Classifieds (https://www.caravanzone.com.au ) and do so entirely at your own risk.  

 

Account security:

 

In order to maintain the security of your account, you agree that:

•           You will ensure that your contact information is at all times correct and up-to-date;

•           You will not provide any false personal information to us or create an account for anyone

            other than yourself without permission;

•           You will not share your password, let anyone else access your account, or do anything else

            that might jeopardise the security of your account;

•           We may verify your membership details before issuing you with an account; and

•           We reserve the right to deny or revoke your membership on the basis of your country of residence, IP address or email address.

•           Your membership is non-transferable.

•           You cannot allow another person to use your account nor can you transfer or sell your membership to another party without our written

            consent

•           You are responsible for the conduct of your account and agree to notify us of any unauthorised use of your account.

            •           breaches any laws or regulations;

           

            •           breaches the Terms & Conditions;

           

            •           infringes a third party's rights (including intellectual property and privacy rights) or misuses another person's personal  

                        information;          

            •           includes depictions of anti-social behaviour such as unlawful burnouts or other stunts;

           

            •           is inappropriate, offensive, obscene, threatening, indecent, menacing, inflammatory, pornographic, defamatory, discriminatory, harasses any person or otherwise inhibits others from using or enjoying any part of the caravanzone   Classifieds (https://www.caravanzone.com.au );

           

            •           is false or misleading;

           

            •           is an unsolicited commercial electronic message;

 

            •           impersonates another person without permission; or

Weather Forecast Feature :

If it is activated on the site, it is only the reference purpose only. Please check the official weather websites to check the forecast and make plans according to that.

Google Maps:
We do not take any responsibility for the accuracy of the google maps, please contact the seller for the accurate location of the caravan before proceeding for purchase. 


About the Third Party Advertisements:
We do use the Google Adsense program to display the third party advertisement banners which might include 'enter to win' competitions, promotions, prizes or offers.

So we advise all the users to check with the related third party advertisers for the terms & conditions and requirements of these 'enter to win' competitions, promotions, prizes or offers.

Caravan Zone is not associated with it and not responsible for these 'enter to win' competitions, promotions, prizes or offers.
